The pod was clean and we appreciated the reflective tapes on the pod since it was temporarily curbside for four days on either end of the housework. This took care of what the city wanted on my ‘permit.’ They stored my belongings at their site for the duration. They were polite and timely. They made 4 trips and the pod arrived and disappeared during the timed window every time. You can provide your own lock or purchase one they recommend. I would definitely use them again.”
